So for those of you in England you'll know that over the past few days we have been hit with a massive amount of snow that is set to stick around for the next week, due to this my University like a many others has been forces to shut as lecturers and students alike are struggling to get in on time or at all. Many would say that is a miracle sent in disguise to get us out of deadlines and exams which yeah OK no one can deny it is but just because they've been set back a few days doesn't mean we should slob around and forget about writing that 5000 word essay or revising for that exam that really could make a difference to your overall grade.
No matter how much fun and however hilarious it is making it look like a giant male organ is draping over someones car;
(yes well done the students of UCB really out did themselves here)
we need to remember that, that work you've been putting off will be there when the snow isn't and if you leave your going to end up stressing out even more than you would have done before, so my tip for snow days and i no it sounds boring but take a bit of time out from building snowmen and making snow angels and trying to launch a snow ball as far across the car park as you can, grab a hot drink and sit down with your books whilst you warm up.
