Why schedule if its never on...

So it seems that every week our marketing seminars are not on or we only have to go if we really need help...
so what is the point in scheduling it and telling us that going is 20% of our grade if we have no need to go...
only having to go to uni 3 times a week for 2/3 hours a go is perfectly fine with me but for the £7800 price tag i'd have thought i'd see my teachers a bit more than i do...
anyhow thats what happens, and i'm just preying i get to argue against the use of photoshop in magazines and media in our in class debate in two four weeks...
